1. Illegal and harmful activity
Do not use WheatCompute to violate law or the rights of others, distribute malware, conduct phishing or fraud, exploit systems without authorization, evade sanctions, threaten people, or publish unlawful content.
2. Network and platform abuse
- No denial-of-service activity, stress testing of third parties, port scanning, credential attacks, botnets, spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, cryptomining, traffic relays intended to conceal abuse, or attempts to bypass network controls.
- No exploiting, probing, or interfering with WheatCompute, other customers, upstream providers, or shared infrastructure.
- No evasion of CPU, memory, disk, allocation, backup, stock, trial, or account limits.
3. Content and intellectual property
You must have the rights needed for uploaded software, mods, plugins, media, and data. Do not host child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, credible threats, content primarily facilitating serious harm, or infringing material after valid notice.
4. Game servers, bots, and applications
Game servers, Discord bots, APIs, proxies, and applications must comply with their platform rules and applicable law. Public services must be secured and kept updated. You are responsible for plugins, mods, commands, users, subusers, and exposed ports.
5. Enforcement and reports
We may investigate, rate-limit, isolate, suspend, preserve evidence, or terminate activity based on severity and urgency. We may cooperate with providers or lawful authorities. Reports should include the hostname/IP, timestamps, relevant URLs or logs, and a clear description.
