Terms of Service

These Terms form an agreement between you and WheatCompute when you create an account, order a service, or use Billing, the Panel, our Discord bot, or hosted infrastructure. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

You must be at least 18 years old or use the service with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for the account.

• Provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current.
• Protect passwords, two-factor credentials, API keys, SSH keys, Discord links, and reset messages.
• You are responsible for actions taken through your account and subusers unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
• One person may not create additional accounts to evade stock, trial, referral, suspension, or per-user limits.

Prices, currency, billing period, resources, stock, and limits shown at checkout are part of your order. Prices may change for future billing periods with reasonable notice; a completed period is not repriced retroactively.

Paid orders are processed through Stripe. You authorize the charges shown at checkout and remain responsible for applicable taxes, disputes, chargebacks, and renewal amounts. Promotional, free, or limited-stock plans may be changed, withdrawn, or limited per person.

You retain ownership of files and content you upload. You grant WheatCompute the limited permission needed to store, copy, transmit, back up, and process that content to operate and secure your service.

Resource limits are enforced by the selected plan. Shared infrastructure may use fair scheduling. You may not bypass limits or interfere with other tenants.

We may restrict or suspend a service for non-payment, security risk, abuse, unlawful activity, excessive impact on shared infrastructure, or breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. When practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue; urgent threats may be acted on immediately.

You may cancel from Billing or contact support. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund. Data may be deleted after expiry, cancellation, or termination, so export anything you need beforehand.

Services are provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, attacks, upstream failures, software defects, or events outside reasonable control can interrupt access. Backup slots are a convenience, not a substitute for your own off-platform backups. The Service Level Policy provides more detail.

To the extent permitted by law, WheatCompute disclaims implied warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every workload. WheatCompute is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of customer content. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service during the three months before the event, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.

We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be posted here and may also be announced through Billing or Discord. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without overriding consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
