Refund and Cancellation Policy
When payments may be refunded, how cancellation works, and what happens to hosted data after service ends.
Effective and last updated: 13 August 2026
1. Before ordering
Review the plan, game/egg, location, resource limits, billing period, stock, and compatibility before payment. Hosting is a digital service that may be provisioned immediately after payment.
2. Refund eligibility
Contact support promptly. We will normally consider a refund where WheatCompute charged the same invoice more than once, accepted payment but cannot provision the ordered service, or made a material billing error. We may also approve a refund at our discretion when a verified platform fault prevents meaningful use and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time.
Refunds are not automatic for change of mind, unused time, configuration mistakes, incompatibility not disclosed before purchase, suspension for policy breach, exhausted resources, third-party software/game issues, latency caused by the customer’s network, or failure to cancel before renewal.
3. Free plans, renewals, and chargebacks
Free plans have no cash value. Cancellation stops future renewal where supported but does not retroactively refund an active period. Raise billing concerns with us before filing a chargeback; fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in account restriction while investigated.
4. Method and timing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Payment-provider and banking processing times are outside WheatCompute’s control. Fees or currency differences may not be recoverable unless required by law.
5. Cancellation and data
Cancel through Billing or contact support. Export server files, databases, and backups first. Data may be deleted after cancellation or expiry and recovery is not guaranteed.
Contact us through a billing support ticket at billing.wheatcompute.cloud or email [email protected].
